Contact Me

Hello there!

I am no longer accepting book review requests (TEMPORARILY until further notice) because I’ll have to prioritize my studies. Med school is a jealous lover! Although school starts on July, June is already full. However, if you wish to guest post on my blog don’t hesitate to shoot me an email. Thank you for your time and consideration. God bless you dear!  :*

  1. God Bless you my dear young woman for devoting yourself to medicine. I once aspired to it myself after serving as a medic in the Air Force in the 1950’s. I did manage to fulfill some of that need when my wife (she’s an RN) and I purchased a 65 bed nursing home and operated it for a few years.

Sorry I missed the window on perhaps having you review one of my books. You sound as though a good book infuses you and brings you alive with anticipation. I’m 81 and my window for getting feed back is narrower than I’d hoped. My thyroid cancer has metastasized to my lungs, hopefully it will be very, very slow in its destruction of my lung tissue. I’ve opted not to have chemo and radiation, as the side effects in the area needing treatment are more destructive than the disease itself. Losing my larynx has been enough.

Go forth my conquering heroine and bring your magic healing touch to many. Be sure to keep your love of reading a significant part of your life.

    • Hello sir, I know this is a year too late but I would just like to sincerely thank you for your kind words. It has been a year or two since I last checked this blog and I don’t know what made me decide to open it but reading this made everything clear–that I am exactly where I am supposed to be now. Hopefully, I will be a fourth year medical intern this June and I will do my very best to heal those who are sick. I will include you sir in my prayers and thank you so much for being an inspiration.

  2. Wow you’ve been, and are, super busy and are to be congratulated on your progress. The world needs healers especially ones with your attitude and outlook. You’re in my prayers too and they surround you with support. My team of Dr.’s tell me the progression of my cancer is very slow and they see nothing life threatening occurring for the foreseeable future. They now have me on a once a year examination schedule which gives me greater hope than I had at the time I made contact with you. Keep me in your prayers as I will you.
