In my honest opinion, Tyrion is one of the best characters in George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire epic fantasy series. I love him, I root for him, I adore him, I am humored by him and I am inspired by him These words of him, empowers me in so many ways that I live by them.

Of course, Professor Albus Dumbledore ALWAYS have the right words to say. His words has always been both a guide and strength to me. ❤

I especially liked the Mr. Darcy quote 🙂 Thanks for sharing dear.
Here are three of mine;
1. “I cannot sleep for dreamin’; I cannot dream but I wake and walk about the house as though I’d find you comin’ through some door” Abigail says to John Proctor in the Crucible. I like because there is a lot of frustrated desire in those lines.
2. “There is no fear in love but perfect love casts out fear”- John, The Bible. I believe fear and not hate is the opposite of love and hate in fact mostly comes due to fear.
3. “You don’t get to choose if you get hurt in this world, old man, but you do have some say in who hurts you.” Augustus, The Fault in our stars. Indeed. Sometimes the people we love hurt us because they are human but this quote makes me smile because I’d rather take that big risk with this one person than with anyone else.

I second your notion on Tyrion being one of the better characters I easily want to root for (even if I only watch the show as oppose to reading it). And quotes that make you think, both prospectively and retrospectively are definite winners!
